Clomid Hubei (50 mg/tablet) 30 tablets

Clomiphene citrate, also known as clomid, is a non-steroidal synthetic anti-estrogenic substance used in medicine. Clomiphene citrate is a recognized treatment for anovulatory infertility in women diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome. It is also well known in dry sports and bodybuilding. Clomid is often compared to Nolvadex because they have the same effect on the body and muscles. Clomid is considered slightly superior to Nolvadex clomiphene citrate, as both are estrogen inhibitors. This is achieved by blocking/reducing the action of estrogen in the body. Clomid is a manufactured estrogen with agonist and bad guy properties, practically the same in construction and activity to Nolvadex. It represses the capacity of estrogen to tie to proper receptors in unambiguous objective tissues. Its clinical use is accordingly to restrain the negative input applied by estrogen on the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian pivot and to expand the arrival of LH and FSH. This obviously prompts the initiation of ovulation.

For best results, clomiphene should be administered orally as directed by the physician. It is important that the dosage schedule is strictly adhered to.

The dosage is determined by your health and your response to treatment. Do not use this medication more often or for longer than prescribed by your doctor. Long-term treatment with this medication is not recommended and should not be continued for more than six courses.

Chemical properties.

Clomiphene citrate shows up as a white to light yellow glasslike powder and is basically scentless. It is openly solvent in methanol, dissolvable in ethanol, somewhat dissolvable in CH3)2CO, water and chloroform, and insoluble in ether.

Chromide is a mixture of two geometric isomers [cis (coclomiphene) and trans (enclomiphene)], of which the cis isomer accounts for 30-50%.

Dosage and route of administration.

The recommended dose of clomiphene citrate for bodybuilders is 50 to 100 mg (1 to 2 tablets) per day for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Athletes and bodybuilders should be careful not to exceed the dosage. For best results, some athletes prefer to combine it with human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). Side effects may include visual disturbances, hot flashes, nausea, dizziness and headaches. If ovulation does not occur after the first dose, a second dose of 100 mg per day (two 50 mg tablets per day) should be given for five days. This treatment may be started within 30 days of the previous treatment, after taking precautions to exclude pregnancy; it is not recommended to increase the dose or duration of administration beyond 100 mg/day for 5 days.

The drug is contraindicated in patients with liver dysfunction, large ovarian cysts, endometrial (uterine) cancer, uterine bleeding and uncontrolled thyroid dysfunction. Precautions.

Different pregnancies, patients with aversion to pituitary gonadotropins, for example, polycystic ovaries, conceivable obscuring or other visual side effects, ovarian hyperstimulation condition (overcompensation to abundance chemicals), stomach torment.
